Position: Franchise Sales Associate

Job Description: Franchise Freeway is seeking full-time franchise salespeople to identify prospective franchise buyers and introduce them to our portfolio of franchise opportunities.  A sales associate will be involved in all aspects of the franchise sales process and will be responsible for signing up new franchisees to join our clients’ brands.


A Sales Associate’s time will be spent as follows:

  • 40% on outbound prospecting, business development, and building relationships
  • 30% on following up with inbound leads and prospective franchise buyers already in our customer database
  • 20% travel
  • 5% on administrative work
  • 5% on franchise and restaurant related research and continuing education


  • Work in our Fairfax, VA office 9am to 5pm
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
  • Track record of business development with both inbound leads and proactive outbound cold calling
  • Interest in helping others achieve their goals of business ownership or franchise diversification
  • Franchise Freeway will educate you on the franchise industry and the restaurant business
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Salesforce and Dropbox
